As a part of this state-wide day of arts advocacy, a bus will depart on Tuesday, February 8 at 6:45 a.m. from Adam Clayton Powell Jr. <br /><br />State Office Building (163 West 125th Street at Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Boulevard /7th Avenue, New York, NY 10027) and take constituents to Albany. Round-trip bus transportation is $15 for the general public and $10 for HARLEM Arts Alliance members and NYC Arts Coalition members. <br />]]></description>
