The 45thAnnual Labor Day Carnival Festival 2012 is fast approaching and one of the most important and exciting elements that makes the world-famous Labor Day Carnival Parade unique are the Food, Arts and Crafts and Specialty Vendors on Eastern Parkway. They offer a wide variety of exotic foods and drinks from the Caribbean. There are mouth-watering dishes to suit every taste from around the world as well as jewelry, arts, crafts and other items on sale.
Registration of Vendors for the Labor Day Carnival Festival is as follows:
Vending begins: July 11th to August 22th.

All payments: By Money Orders Only, made payable to WIADCA Inc.

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning August 1, 2012, WIADCA will have late hours for registration on Wednesdays and Fridays till 7:00pm.
To register as a vendor, valid proof of address (utility bills) and a picture ID are required. Vending Spaces are 10 x10, so please restrict your tent to that size. Additionally, each vendor MUST clean up after themselves. No spots will be put on hold for anyone.
After August 22nd an additional mandatory late fee of $25.00 will be charged for registering.
